Nowadays, there are many types of drill rigs in the market, which are mainly divided into surface drill rigs, underground production drill rigs, underground face drill rigs, and rock bolting rigs. According to the different working sites, the walking mechanisms have tire type, track type, etc, and the quantity of hydraulic drifterscan be single, double, triple and multiple.Now the hydraulic drill rig has become a complete drilling machinery system.

Judging from the models of a large number of current rigs on the market, the main manufacturers include Epiroc from Sweden, Sandvik Tamrock from Sweden, and Furukawa from Japan, among which Epiroc’s products have the largest market share. In order to enable domestic manufacturers of rock tools to know the models, performance, types, main parameters, and suitable rock tools. This article introduces the main models of common face drill rigs, production drill rigs, surface drill rigs and rock bolting rigs ofEpiroc, and focuses on the parameters ofdrifters, feed beams and rock tools related the drill rigs.
